Return Policy

In accordance with OUG no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of certain normative acts, the consumer has the right to notify in writing S.C. Thermoform Process S.R.L. of the withdrawal from the distance contract, without justifying the decision to withdraw and without incurring other costs, within 14 calendar days, calculated from the date of taking physical possession of the product/products.

As such, the consumer has the right, within 14 calendar days from taking physical possession of the ordered products, to notify in writing, by e-mail, sent to contact@matrilab.ro, of his decision to give up the ordered products.

You are obliged to return the products to the following address within 14 days from the date of communication of the decision to withdraw: Com. Calopar, Sat Calopar, No. 639, Dolj. The returned products will be accompanied by a copy of the invoice with which they were delivered and the proof of payment.

S.C. Thermoform Process S.R.L. will refund the customer the value of the ordered products, within 30 calendar days from the date of their receipt at the above-mentioned address. If the products have not been received within 14 days from the date of communication, S.C. Thermoform Process S.R.L. will refund the value of the products that are the subject of the return as soon as they are received.

The value of the products will be refunded to the bank account provided in writing by the customer after receipt of the return by S.C. Thermoform Process S.R.L.

In all cases, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

The refundable amount, and transferred to the customer's account, will only be related to the ordered products. The shipping cost will not be canceled. The cancellation invoice will only include the items related to the products, not the shipping cost.

If the customer wishes to partially return an order, i.e. only some of the products in the order, S.C. Thermoform Process S.R.L. will only refund the value of the products that the customer wishes to return, without refunding the cost of delivering the products. In this case, the cost of returning the products will be borne by the customer.

The products to be returned must be unused, intact, undamaged and properly packaged.

Returning the products

According to the legislation in force, the BUYER has the right to notify the SELLER in writing that he/she cancels the purchase without penalty and without invoking a reason within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, bearing the return costs.

ATTENTION! If the products whose return shows signs of wear, scratches, knocks, mechanical shocks or, where applicable, missing accessories, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the value of the product, the amount that will be communicated after assessing the damages caused.

In the event of exercising the legal right to return the product, the refund of the value thereof will be made within 14 calendar days from the registration of the return request, to the bank account provided in writing by the customer. The refundable amount, and transferred to the customer's account, will only be related to the ordered items.

The value of the transport is also not canceled. The cancellation invoice will only include the items related to the products, not the shipping.
