How to Buy
You can purchase products from our store online, by phone or by email.
Order online
The product you want to order can be found either by using the menu at the top of the page containing the product categories or by using the search field. When you click the ADD TO CART button, the product will be automatically transferred to the shopping cart.
After adding all the products you want to order to the cart, the purchase process continues by clicking the FINALIZE ORDER button and going through the order page. On the order page you will need to complete the following:
• Delivery method: delivery by courier.
• Order data: Name and surname, phone number, full address (County, City, Street, Number, Staircase, Block, floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
• Payment method: choose the method in which you will pay for the order (CASH upon delivery of the package or by CARD ONLINE via the euplatesc.ro platform.
With the username and password you entered, you can authenticate yourself to see your order history or the status of current orders, modify/delete your profile or make subsequent orders without re-entering your contact details.
Phone order
By calling 0767144712 or 0771580985 a sales agent will take your order.
Email order
You can send your order by email to contact@matrilab.ro:
• Delivery method: Delivery by courier.
• Order details: Name and surname, phone number, full address (County, City, Street, Number, Staircase, Block, floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
• Specify the desired products: Product name, Product code or product link.
