According to the legislation in force, the BUYER has the right to notify the SELLER in writing that he/she cancels the purchase without penalty and without invoking a reason within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, bearing the return costs.
ATTENTION! If the products whose return shows signs of wear, scratches, bumps, mechanical shocks or, as the case may be, missing accessories, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the value of the product, the amount that will be communicated after assessing the damages caused.
In the event of exercising the legal right to return the product, the reimbursement of the equivalent value will be made within 14 calendar days from the registration of the return request, to the bank account provided in writing by the customer. The refundable amount, and transferred to the customer's account, will only relate to the ordered items.
The equivalent value of the transport is not canceled. The cancellation invoice will only include the items related to the products, not the shipping.
